1. Remove the left front fender liner (see "Removal and installation wheel arch liners and mudguards").
2. Press the lock of the wiring harness connector and disconnect the connector from the electric pump.
3. Disconnect the hose from the pump fitting.
4. Pull the pump upwards, removing its supply nipple from the sealing sleeve in the opening of the tank...
5. ...and remove the pump.
6. If necessary, remove the pump sealing sleeve from the tank opening.
7. Inspect the bushing. Replace any cracked or hardened bushing.
8. Install the pump in the reverse order of removal.
