WARNING: Although the O-rings may look identical on the outside, only use the O-rings that are recommended for air conditioning systems. Otherwise, there may be a refrigerant leak in the connection.

Install new O-rings from the air conditioner repair kits every time the joints are disassembled, except when the O-rings are supplied with new parts.
When replacing an O-ring in a disassemblable joint, carefully determine the fitting design to ensure the correct O-ring type and size is selected.

Before installation, make sure that neither the sealing ring A nor the fitting B are damaged or deformed. Deformed or damaged parts must be replaced. When installing new sealing rings, be sure to lubricate them with air conditioner compressor oil. Failure to follow the recommendations for removing and installing system components may result in refrigerant leakage during air conditioner operation.
