- Before performing this check, place the vehicle on a level, horizontal surface.
- Perform the check with the engine not running. If the engine is running, turn off the engine and wait for a while before starting the check.
- The test is performed on a warm engine.
1. Remove the engine oil dipstick and use a clean cloth to wipe any oil off the dipstick.
Note: The engine oil dipstick handle is usually yellow.
2. Insert the engine oil dipstick into the dipstick guide tube.
3. Slowly remove the dipstick and check that the engine oil level is within the acceptable range indicated on the dipstick.

If the engine oil level is near or below the minimum level, check for leaks and add the recommended oil through the oil filler neck.
Caution: Do not fill the engine with engine oil above the maximum level, as this may cause serious damage to the engine.
- Oil quality according to API - GF-4
- Filling capacity - 6.0 l
Attention: Viscosity of motor oil (according to SAE classification) select according to the temperature range diagram corresponding to the vehicle operating conditions until the next oil change.
Caution: Use low viscosity motor oils with caution (such as, for example, 0W-30) in cars with high mileage or in warm weather. When using such oils, you should be sure that the engine and its seals are in good condition.

The recommended SAE viscosity of engine oil may also be indicated on the oil filler cap.

Note: It is not recommended to add any additives to engine oil, as this may cause damage to engine systems.
Note: Engine oil consumption increases under severe operating conditions (driving at high speeds, frequent acceleration and braking, prolonged engine operation at high speeds, low quality or inappropriate oil viscosity).
4. Make sure the engine oil has the correct viscosity for the season (no discoloration or liquefaction). Check the degree of contamination of the oil and also make sure that there are no coolant or fuel impurities in the oil.
5. After adding oil, start the engine, let it idle, and then turn it off. Wait for a while and check the oil level again to make sure it is within the acceptable range.
