Note:
- When operating the car in difficult conditions, change the oil twice as often (every 5,000 km).
- When changing the engine oil, it is recommended to replace the oil filter at the same time.
- The oil filter contains 0.3 liters of engine oil.
1. Place the vehicle on a level, horizontal surface and apply the parking brake.
2. Start the engine and warm it up at idle speed until the coolant temperature reaches 80-90°C, then turn off the engine.
3. Drain the old engine oil.
a) Open the hood.
b) Remove the oil filler cap.
c) Unscrew the drain plug on the oil pan and drain the oil into a suitable container.

Caution: Be careful and cautious as the oil is hot.
d) After the engine oil has completely drained, reinstall the oil pan drain plug. Before installing, clean the drain plug and, if necessary, install a new gasket. Tighten the plug to the specified torque. Tightening torque - 25 Nm.
4. Unscrew the oil filter from the cylinder block.

5. Check and clean the surface of the cylinder block adjacent to the oil filter.
6. Lubricate the O-ring of the new oil filter with a small amount of clean engine oil.

7. Installing the oil filter.
a) Install the new oil filter and tighten it by hand until the filter O-ring seal fits snugly against the filter bracket on the oil pump housing.
b) Finally tighten (tighten) the oil filter within 3/4 turn to one turn using a special key (depending on the key type). Tightening torque: 30 Nm.

8. Fill the specified volume of new engine oil through the engine oil filler neck, checking the level with the engine oil dipstick. Engine Oil Viscosity (according to BAE classification) select according to the temperature range diagram corresponding to the vehicle operating conditions.
- Oil quality according to API - GF-4
- Filling volume (all engines, with filter replacement) — 5.7 l

Caution: Use caution when using low viscosity motor oils (such as, for example, 0W-30) in cars with high mileage or in warm weather. When using such oils, you should be sure that the engine and its seals are in good condition.
9. Replace the oil filler cap.
10. Start the engine and press the accelerator pedal for several minutes. Check for oil leaks.
11. Turn off the engine. Wait for a while and check the oil level again to make sure it is within the acceptable range. Top up if necessary.
Resetting the Engine Oil Change Service Indicator
After changing the engine oil on vehicles equipped with an engine oil change warning indicator "CHANGE OIL SOON", you need to reset the counter to zero. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Turn the ignition key to the "RUN" position.
2. Fully press and release the accelerator pedal 3 times within 5 seconds.
3. If the indicator "CHANGE OIL SOON" flashes for 10 seconds, then the procedure was completed successfully. If not, then repeat the reset procedure again.
4. Turn the ignition key to the "LOCK" position.
