Removal
1. Raise the vehicle and place safety posts under the frame.
2. Loosen the two rear engine guard mounting bolts and unscrew the two front guard mounting bolts, remove the guard.
Tightening torque 28 Nm.
3. Remove the holder (5) of the right front wire harness connector.
4. Disconnect the connector (1) of the right front oxygen sensor.
5. Remove the holder (3) of the right rear wire harness connector.
6. Disconnect the connector (2) of the right rear oxygen sensor.
7. Disconnect the clip (4) of the right rear oxygen sensor connector from the engine wiring harness.
8. Remove the holder (1) of the left rear wire harness connector.
9. Disconnect the connector (3) of the left rear oxygen sensor.
10. Remove the holder (2) of the left front wire harness.
11. Disconnect the left front oxygen sensor connector (2) from the engine wire harness connector (3).
12. Place a temporary support (jack) under the neutralizer assembly.
13. Loosen the bolts securing the exhaust pipe hanger hook bracket.
Tightening torque 25 Nm.
14. Unscrew the nuts (2) securing the catalytic converters to the exhaust manifolds.
Tightening torque 50 Nm.
15. Separate the neutralizers from the exhaust manifolds.
16. Lower the neutralizers on the jack.
17. Remove the insulator.
Installation
18. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
