2. Move the front seats forward.
3. Remove the plugs from the holes and screws securing the parking brake console housing.
4. Loosen the parking brake console cover mounting screws. Remove the console cover.
5. Completely loosen the adjusting nut.
6. Loosen the screws securing the parking brake lever assembly to the vehicle body.
7. Disconnect the parking brake indicator switch connector.
8. Remove the parking brake lever assembly.
9. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
