1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Press the lamp housing in the direction of the arrow. This will disengage the retaining tab on the lamp housing from the edge of the hole in the body.
3. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the light and remove it.
4. Install the trunk light in the reverse order of removal.
