Valve and valve seat restoration (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

Valve and valve seat restoration is carried out using generally accepted methods and available equipment.

Caution: Never restore the shut-off chamfer of the intake valves, install new valves. If the valve plate thickness becomes less than 1.25 mm during the repair of the exhaust valve, replace the valve. When restoring the shut-off chamfer of the seat, the misalignment of the seat and the valve guide should not be more than 0.05 mm.
