Removal
Note: Do not allow the caliper to hang on the brake hose.
Caution: Always replace both brake discs with new ones.
1. Remove the caliper without disconnecting the brake hoses.
2. Remove the caliper bracket.
3. Remove the screw securing the brake disc to the front wheel hub from the brake disc and the front wheel hub.
4. Remove the brake disc.
Installation
1. Inspect the brake disc.
2. Install the brake disc and tighten the brake disc mounting screw to the front wheel hub to a torque of 4 Nm.
3. Install the caliper bracket and tighten the caliper bracket mounting screws to a torque of 95 Nm.
4. Install the bracket assembly.
