Removal
1. Raise and secure the vehicle securely.
2. Mark the relative positions of the wheel and hub and remove the front wheels.
3. Unscrew the lower bolt securing the frame to the bracket.
Note: It is not necessary to remove the caliper to replace the brake pads.

4. Pull the caliper piston housing upward.
5. Remove the brake pads.

Installation
1. Measure the minimum thickness of the friction linings.
2. Insert the brake pads into the brackets.
3. If necessary, press the piston inward.
Note: Be careful not to damage the piston seal ring when pressing the piston body down.

4. Press the caliper piston body down and secure it to the frame using the lower bolt, tightening it to 27 Nm.

5. Align with the marks you made before removing the wheels and install the wheels.
6. Lower the vehicle.
