Disassembly and assembly of the clutch slave cylinder (Chevrolet Aveo T200)

Disassembly

1. Remove the clutch slave cylinder.



2. Remove the dust cover and pusher.



3. Press the piston, then remove the retaining ring with round-nose pliers.

4. Remove the piston.

Assembly

1. Apply cleaned clutch fluid to the piston, cap and cylinder walls.

2. Install the spring into the piston, then the entire assembly into the cylinder body.

3. Press the piston into the cylinder, then install the retaining ring.

4. Install the push rod and dust cover.

5. Install the clutch slave cylinder on the gearbox.
