Disassembly
1. Remove the clutch master cylinder.
2. Remove the dust cover and disconnect the piston retaining ring.

3. Remove the pusher and piston.
4. Check the master cylinder and piston walls for wear. Replace the piston if necessary.
5. Check the wear of the cuff and piston. Fluid leaks indicate wear.
6. Replace the seal and piston if necessary.
7. Check the tappet for wear. Repair if necessary.

Assembly
1. Apply the cleaned fluid to the piston assembly cap and install the piston assembly and push rod assembly into the master cylinder body.
2. Install the retaining ring.

3. Install the boot.
4. Install the clutch master cylinder to the vehicle.
