Removal



Caution: Before disconnecting the reservoir tank hose, remove the liquid from the expansion tank.


1. Remove the locking bracket.

2. Remove the push rod retaining pin and push rod.

2. Remove the push rod retaining pin and push rod.


3. Remove the clamp securing the master cylinder filler hose.

4. Disconnect the master cylinder filler hose.

4. Disconnect the master cylinder filler hose.


5. Remove the master cylinder pressure pipe.

6. Unscrew the clutch master cylinder mounting nuts.



7. Remove the clutch master cylinder.

Installation



1. Install the clutch master cylinder and tighten the master cylinder mounting nuts to 22 Nm.

2. Connect the pressure pipe to the master cylinder.

3. Connect the master cylinder filler hose.

4. Secure the hose with a clamp.

5. Install the push rod retaining pin and push rod.



6. Install the locking bracket.

7. Remove air from the system.

8. Adjust the position of the clutch pedal.

9. Add fluid to the expansion tank to the maximum level.
