Brake pedal — removal and installation (Chevrolet Aveo T250)

1. Unscrew the screws securing the lower instrument panel trim cover.

2. Remove the trim cover.

3. Remove the brake light switch.



4. Remove the cotter pin from the pushrod-to-brake pedal mounting pin. Remove the pin and spring.

5. Loosen the nut and remove the brake pedal axle. When installing, tighten the nut to 22 Nm.

6. Remove the brake pedal.



7. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
