2. Install the oil pan onto the engine block.
Caution: Install the oil pan within 5 minutes after applying the sealant gasket to the oil pan.
3. Tighten the oil pan mounting bolts to 10 Nm.
4. Connect the catalytic converter flanges to the exhaust manifold and muffler downpipe flanges.
5. Tighten the nuts securing the catalytic converter to the exhaust manifold and the bracket mounting bolts to a torque of 40 Nm.
6. Tighten the nuts of the exhaust pipe and connecting pipe to a torque of 30 Nm.
7. Connect the rear oxygen sensor connector.
8. Connect the negative battery cable.
9. Install the oil pan drain plug.
10. Tighten the oil pan drain plug to 35 Nm.
11. Fill the oil pan with engine oil.
