Removal and installation the clutch slave cylinder (Chevrolet Aveo T250)

Removal

1. Loosen the bolt and disconnect the hose from the clutch release cylinder.

2. Remove the clutch release slave cylinder mounting screws and remove the cylinder.

Installation

1. Install the clutch release slave cylinder on the gearbox and tighten the mounting screws to a torque of 20 Nm.

2. Connect the hose assembly to the cylinder body assembly.

3. Apply grease to the area where the push rod connects to the release lever. Be careful not to get dirt on the boot.

4. Remove air from the system.

5. Adjust the position of the clutch pedal.

6. Add fluid to the expansion tank to the maximum level.
