Removal and installation the air intake box grille (Chevrolet Aveo T300)

You will need: a 15 mm wrench, a 7 mm socket head, a plastic mounting blade, and a flat-blade screwdriver.

The air intake box grille is removed if it is damaged or to gain access to the windshield wiper, as well as when replacing the windshield.

1. Open the hood and place it on the support.

2. Remove the windshield wiper arms from the wiper linkage shafts (see "Replacing windshield wiper arms").

3. Using a screwdriver, push out the core of the air intake box grille fastening lock...

9. Remove the side inserts of the upper grille seal.

10. Overcoming the resistance of the clamps, remove the side seals of the grille from the gaps between the windshield and the front fenders...
