Replacing the fuel pressure pulsation compensator (Chevrolet Aveo T300)

You will need a flat-blade screwdriver.

1. Reduce the pressure in the fuel system (see "Reducing pressure in the fuel system").

2. Slide the fuel supply hose end retainer clip.

4. ...and disconnect the hose tip from the fuel pulsation compensator outlet fitting.

NOTE: Some fuel may leak when you remove the hose. Wipe it off with a rag.

5. Similarly, disconnect the hose tip from the inlet fitting of the compensator.

6. Remove the compensator inlet pipe from the holder.

7. Unfasten the clamp fastening latch...

8. ...and remove the fuel pulsation compensator.

9. Install the fuel pulsation compensator in the reverse order of removal.
