Removal
Caution: When replacing brake lines, always install double-wall steel line. Using any other design of line is not recommended as it may cause brake system failure. Route the lines correctly, always use genuine brake line fasteners.
Note: Brake pipes that run parallel to each other must maintain a gap of 6 mm between them along their entire length.
1. Disconnect the brake pipe from the brake system unit.
2. Release the tube from the clips and support brackets.
3. Remove the car handset.
Installation
1. Bend the brake pipe into the rollers using the old pipe as a template.
2. Install the brake pipe on the vehicle. Ensure a gap of 25 mm between the pipe and moving or vibrating parts of the vehicle.
3. Secure the tube to the brake system components and clips or support brackets. Tightening torque 25 N·m.
4. Bleed the brake system.
