1. Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Remove the cover and disconnect the cable from the positive terminal of the battery.
3. Loosen the battery bracket bolt and remove the battery.
4. Loosen the bolt and remove the battery holder.
5. Remove the battery. Remove the screen if necessary.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Models since 2007
1. Disconnect the wire (1) from the negative terminal of the battery.
2. Open the protective cover of the positive battery terminal and loosen the nut (2) of the starter wire. Disconnect the wire from the terminal.
3. Loosen the bolts and remove the grille trim retainer.
4. Loosen the bolt and remove the battery holder.
5. Remove the battery.
