Car hood (Chevrolet Aveo T200)

To open the hood, pull the lever located under the control panel to the left of the steering column. This will release the lock and raise the front edge of the hood slightly.



Press and pull the safety catch to the left and lift the hood.



Secure the hood in the raised position with a support post. To do this, insert the end of the post into the socket located on the inside of the front edge of the hood.



Before closing the hood, lift it up a little, remove the stand from the socket and insert it tightly into the holder. This will prevent the stand from rattling while the car is moving.





To close the hood, lower it to about 30 cm from the radiator grille and slam the lock, releasing the hood. Check the reliability of the hood lock. To do this, try to lift the front edge of the hood.
