Transmission control unit (BUT) initially controls switching points and blocking activation. It is located on the driver's side under the instrument panel.
The transmission is controlled by an electronic shift system. BUT processes input signals. Based on the information received, the BUT controls the hydraulic control system.
The electronic switching system consists of the following components:
- transmission control unit (BUT),
- switching solenoids (SP1 and SP2),
- pressure control solenoid (SKD),
- blocking solenoid,
- input shaft speed sensor (SVV),
- output shaft speed sensor (OutV),
- transmission fluid temperature sensor (TTZ),
- park/neutral position switch (PPN).
