Changing engine oil and oil filter (Chevrolet Aveo T250)

1. Warm up the engine.

2. Remove the filler cap (1).

3. Place a container for draining the used oil under the engine and unscrew the drain plug (2). After draining the oil, reinstall the plug.

4 Unscrew the engine oil filter (3). Fill the new filter with clean engine oil and lubricate the filter gasket. Install the oil filter in place. To do this, screw the filter until the gasket touches the cylinder block. Then, using your hands, turn the filter approximately 3/4 of a turn.

5. Pour the required amount of engine oil of the appropriate type into the filler neck.

6. Start the engine and make sure that there are no oil leaks. Turn off the engine and check the oil level.
