Replacing the outside temperature sensor (Chevrolet Aveo T300)

No tools are required to replace the sensor.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.



2. Remove the crankcase guard...



3. ...and the right engine mudguard (see "Removal and installation mudguards and engine crankcase protection").



4. Press the wire connector lock...



5. ...and disconnect the connector from the outside temperature sensor.





6. Turn the sensor counterclockwise until it stops...



7. ...and remove it from the hole in the front bumper trim.



8. Install the outside temperature sensor and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
