The manual transmission control drive consists of two cables: gear selection and gear shifting, both cables are adjustable.
1. Remove the floor tunnel lining see. "Removal and installation the floor tunnel lining").
2. Make sure that the gear shift lever on the transmission is in neutral position.
3. Move the gear shift cable adjusting sleeve lock forward, similarly move the gear selection cable adjusting sleeve lock forward and set the gearbox control lever to the neutral position.
4. Return the adjusting coupling locks to their original position, thereby fixing the new position of the lever.
5. Start the engine and make sure that all gears are engaged clearly. Repeat the adjustment if necessary.
6. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
