To replace a blown fuse, open the cover and pull the fuse out of the socket using a fuse puller. A faulty fuse can be identified by a burnt wire. A new fuse should be installed in place of the blown one only after the cause of the malfunction has been determined and eliminated. Only standard electrical fuses rated for a certain nominal current are allowed to be used (see table below). The rated current value is indicated on the body of each fuse.
