It is recommended to use DEXRON®-ll D fluid for filling the hydraulic power steering system.
The fluid level is determined either by the marks on the expansion tank or by the marks on the fluid level indicator on the expansion tank cap.
The liquid level is determined after the liquid has warmed up to operating temperature. The liquid level should be between the MAX and MIN marks. Add liquid if necessary.
If the level check is performed "cold", the fluid level should be at the MIN mark.
