Removal
1. Place the vehicle on stands so that the wheels are raised off the floor.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Disconnect the ball joint from the steering knuckle (see figure T250 5.004)
4. Unscrew the bolts securing the front and rear silent blocks of the control arm.
5. Remove the lever.
Installation
1. Install the lever on the subframe, aligning the holes in the subframe with the holes in the silent block bushings, and install the mounting bolts.
2. Connect the ball joint to the steering knuckle, tightening the mounting nuts to a torque of 100 Nm.
3. Install the wheel.
4. Raise the vehicle.
5. Install stands under the balance arms.
6. Lower the vehicle.
Attention: when tightening the silent block mounting bolts, the vehicle must rest on its wheels and be loaded as it is usually loaded during operation.
7. Tighten the rear silent block bolt to 110 Nm.
8. Tighten the front silent block bolt to 110 Nm.
9. Raise the car.
10. Remove the racks.
11. Lower the vehicle.
