Disassembling and assembling the front wheel hub (Chevrolet Aveo T250)

Disassembly

1. Disconnect the drive shaft from the front wheel hub.

2. Remove the inner snap ring.



3. Remove the wheel hub.

4. Remove the outer snap ring.

5. Press out the hub bearing.



6. Clean the hub bearing seat.

Assembly

1. Install the outer snap ring.



2. Press the hub bearing into the seat.





3. Install the inner snap ring.

4. Install the wheel hub in place.

5. Connect the drive shaft to the front wheel hub, tighten the nut to a torque of 300 Nm and secure it.
