Withdrawal
1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Remove rear wheels.
3. Disconnect the handbrake.
4. Disconnect the rear wheel speed sensor connectors.
5. Disconnect the brake pipes from the brake hoses on the rear axle brackets.
6. Plug the openings of the brake hoses to prevent foreign bodies from entering them.
7. Wring out a brake hose from arms of a back beam.
8. Place support jacks under the rear suspension arms and slightly raise the rear suspension arms.
9. Remove shock absorbers.
10. Lower the support jacks and remove the rear springs.
11. Remove the bolts and nuts holding the rear axle on the bottom.
12. If necessary, carefully separate the rear beam from the body with a screwdriver.
13. Remove the rear beam.
Installation
1. Raise the rear beam and secure it without tightening the nuts and screws.
2. Install the rear springs and elastic stops.
3. Raise the arms using the support jacks.
4. Attach the shock absorber to the beam using the lower connecting bolt.
5. Attach the brake hoses to the brackets on the rear axle.
6. Install the retaining clip.
7. Attach brake pipes to brake hoses.
8. Remove air from the hydraulic brake system.
9. Set the handbrake.
10. Slowly lower the car and put back wheels.
11. On a car in running order, tighten the bolt of the rear axle mounting bracket to the car body (left) at the moment 115 Nm and bolts of the rear axle mounting bracket (rights) - at the moment 70 Nm.
12. Adjust rear wheel brakes.
13. Connect connectors of sensors of speed of rotation of back wheels.
14. Adjust the handbrake.
15. Lower the car completely.
