Removal



1. Remove the intake manifold.

2. Disconnect the oil pressure sensor connector (2).

2. Disconnect the oil pressure sensor connector (2).


3. Do not lift the oil manifold by the wire frame.

4. Loosen the bolts (2) securing the oil manifold. Tightening torque 25 Nm.

5. Remove the oil manifold (1).

Caution: Remove only the outer gasket from the manifold. Do not disconnect any internal manifold components while attempting to remove the eight inner gaskets. If the inner gaskets are damaged, replace the oil manifold assembly.




6. Mark the locations of the installation of the fixing straps (1-8).

7. Cut the eight fixing straps.

8. Remove the outer gasket from the manifold

9. Unscrew the oil pressure sensor (1) and remove the sealing washer (2). Tightening torque 35 Nm.

10. Remove and discard the filter (3) and filter sealing ring (4).



Installation



11. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Before installing the oil pressure sensor, apply sealant to the sensor threads.
