NOTE: The inner CV joint seals can be replaced without removing the transmission from the vehicle.
Replacing automatic transmission seals (Chevrolet Aveo T300)
The procedure for replacing the inner CV joint seals of automatic and manual transmissions is the same and is shown above in this section using the example of a manual transmission (see "Replacing the seals of a manual gearbox"). The automatic transmission does not have gearshift rod and input shaft seals.
